Refund Policy – AutoSpa At AutoSpa, we strive to deliver premium car care with attention to detail, professionalism, and customer satisfaction at every stage. Our refund policy ensures transparency and fairness for all service interactions. Service Satisfaction Guarantee Customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not satisfied with the results of your car wash or detailing service, please notify a staff member before leaving the premises. We will do our best to address the issue on the spot or offer a rewash or service correction at no additional cost. Eligibility for Refunds Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances: Service not delivered due to scheduling or operational errors. Cancellation made at least 24 hours in advance of a scheduled detailing or specialty service. Technical failure of washing or detailing equipment that impacted the quality of service. Refunds are processed only to the original payment method. Non-Refundable Scenarios Refunds will not be provided for: Services completed to standard with no verifiable issue. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled appointment. Missed appointments or no-shows. Minor dissatisfaction not reported at the time of service. Memberships & Packages Unused prepaid wash packages may be refunded within 14 days of purchase, provided none of the services were redeemed. Monthly memberships are non-refundable after the billing cycle has started. Cancellations prevent future charges but do not result in retroactive refunds. Weather-Related Cancellations If weather conditions prevent service on your scheduled day, we will gladly reschedule at your convenience. Refunds are available upon request if rescheduling is not possible. How to Request a Refund To request a refund, please: Contact our support team via phone or email within 48 hours of your service. Provide your receipt or booking confirmation. Include a description of the issue and any supporting photos if applicable. We aim to process refund decisions within 5 business days.
